Blizzard art for Neltharion
Welcome to the Neltharion's Fury recruitment webpage. We are one of the larger Horde guilds on the Kael'Thas Server in World of Warcraft. Our main focus is on PvE, particularly end game raiding. We strive to maintain a friendly and helpful atmosphere while working to master end game content together. Founded on December 2nd, 2005.
This page has been setup to aid people in understanding how to apply to our guild. As a large raiding guild we limit the amount of players that may join our guild based on the overall needs of the guild. These needs vary from time to time and serious applicants should check back often in case an opening does appear.

First as stated in our Guild Charter:
Neltharion’s Fury Often allows new players to join our guild. Please follow these four simple steps if you are interested. We look forward to seeing you in guild chat.

  1. High level characters should check the class needs sticky at the top of the recruitment section in our forums to make sure we have room for your class. We sometimes place limits on the number of new players in certain classes in order to maintain an appropriate class balance in our raids.

  2. Read the guild charter and make sure you are comfortable with it. These are the rules our members are expected to play by.

  3. Sign up for an account in the NF forums and post an application in the recruitment section. The required information is in a sticky at the top of the recruitment section.

  4. Contact the appropriate class leader in game. The class leaders are identified in the guild roster on this site. They can handle the interview and inviting process and are the best place to go if you have any questions about our guild.

Second as stated in our Guild Forums:
  1. Deguild yourself from whatever guild you are in.

  2. Register your OWN unique forum identification. Applicants posted under existing member's id's will NOT be considered.

  3. Create a NEW topic in the recruiting forum with your name, class, and level as the SUBJECT line

  4. Use this guide to make a post in the recruiting forum:
    • Name:
    • Class:
    • Level:
    • Talent Spec:
    • Professions:
    • Why I want to join the guild:
    • What I can do to help the guild:
    • My game exp:
    • Instances I am attuned for:
    • Available times for raiding:
    • People I know in NF:
    • About myself:
    • Anything extra:
Short specific answers to these are fine as long as they are understandable.

  5. Contact the appropriate class leader in game. The class leaders are identified in the guild roster and forums on this site. They can handle the interview and inviting process and are the best place to go if you have any questions about our guild.

Real Life Friends and Family

  • Friends and family are free to apply, please be certain that the member supporting them opens a thread in the recruitment discussion section of the forums -immediately- to let the officers know this person is a real life friend and/or family member. This will prevent the application from automatically being replied to as denied (which is likely going to be the answer given how full we usually are on most classes).
  • Be aware that anyone brought in as a RL friend or family will not be given raiding preference over existing members nor can we guarantee friends/family will be able to raid together given the sensitivity of the encounters. We will, of course, do what we can to see that you can play with the people you wish to but be aware that there is only so much we are capable of.
